Registration & Fee Policy
This document outlines the official policies regarding registration fees, monthly gym dues, and refunds for SPARKz AS Cheerleading Corporation. Please review this information carefully before completing your registration.
1. Non-Refundable Registration Policy
All registration fees, deposit payments, and associated registration charges paid to SPARKz AS Cheerleading Corporation are strictly non-refundable.
Commitment of Resources: Upon registration, funds are immediately allocated to competition music, insurance coverage, roster allocations, and program planning.
Absences & Withdrawals: Refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will not be issued for missed practice sessions, early voluntary withdrawal, roster changes, or termination of participation for any reason.
2. Practice Location & Monthly Gymnasium Dues
Regular practices for SPARKz AS Cheerleading Corporation are held at:

Monthly Gymnasium Fee: A mandatory fee of $20 per month is charged for each participant.
Gymnasium Access: Payment of this monthly fee covers official access and entry into the Cedar Hill Recreation Center gymnasium strictly during scheduled team practice times.
Payment Terms: Monthly gymnasium dues must be paid prior to the start of each month to ensure uninterrupted access to practice facilities.

By completing registration and submitting payment to SPARKz AS Cheerleading Corporation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this non-refundable registration and monthly gymnasium fee policy.
